govern our GS pay scale and it seems likely these are added to in the agency.
I think a "high caliber" school will act as a key to get through the door, and connected to that the quality of the professors. Not to say "lesser" shools don't have them, but it's a reputation thing.
One reason I suggest this is because the agency does concentrate its recruiting/conducting info sessions at particular schools, which gives those students immediately easier access.
But once we're through the door it's every man/woman for themselves. |

...don't worry about what college you go to. Go to a summer language school like Middlebury, Georgetown, or UChicago, and ALL THE AGENCIES will come to you. When you say "I'm from the Arabic/Chinese/Korean language school," etc., you get an interview the next day. I'll say, at Middlebury the CIA was there for almost an entire week! They don't often have that much time to stay at one place during the academic year.
