But of course we all know, the kids at Harvard all get a 4.0 <>. And thank you, I was not trying to come across as better than anyone, it was a simple question. I certainly do not go to an Ivy caliber school. |

there is more grade inflation at the ivys than anywhere else! but there actually is a system within the GS scale to reward new employees with a high gpa. i forgot the name of it, and it may only count for lower GS grades (like 5 or 7) but a high GPA boosted my pay when i was an intern. but the caliber of the school doesn't matter.
