In Reply To: Everybody seems a bit sensitive about this one. I think it's a totally valid question. The school you went to - be it undergrad or grad - is taken into account at some point during this process. A degree is a degree BUT a 3.5 at Harvard isn't quite a 3.5 at the Univ. of Florida. Probably true that it's not considered for salary but it is DEFINITELY considered for hiring.
Message: But of course we all know, the kids at Harvard all get a 4.0 <>. And thank you, I was not trying to come across as better than anyone, it was a simple question. I certainly do not go to an Ivy caliber school.
