alot of reference to "recruiters", at this point in the process. i have made it to the info/ 1 on 1 and was told there would be recruiters there too. i mean, who are they exactly? who is it that is my "champion" so to speak at this point. My phone interviewer? The person will will interview m e at the 1 on 1?

are veteran CIA people who have been selected/choose to do a stint in for the recruitment office. They're the ones that do the presentatins at the univ. info sessions, and talk to you at job fairs. They are also the people that do one-on-one interviews and the telephone interviews. Any one of these people could be your "champion". They come from the jobs we are applying for so know how to assess us, so if they give you their buisenss card or the like, run with it.
