follows after 23A on the SF-86 I believe, which also asks whether you have ever been ARRESTED, regardless of the fact that you may never have been charged, or the records have been expunged. If you've ever done anything, you need to be upfront about it.
Regarding when to tell them about it, cm492 said yesterday that it's best to disclose it on the SF-86, NOT during interviews since the interviewers don't care about it because the security dept. is completely seperate. I tend to agree with that IF the recruiters are going to go to bat for you, but are there any other oponions on that? |

I meant I agree with waiting till the SF-86 if the recruiters are NOT going to go to bat on your behalf.
