One of the top executives brought in by Porter Goss had a background of shop lifting. (he was actually arrested....).
Depending on what skills you have (speak arabic, etc...) , or how competitive you are with the other candidates, I dont think it will be a problem. |

he was fired because he was shoplifting AFTER he was hired. obviously this is not acceptable. they are not allowed to ask you about any crimes before you were 18.
