A paid house hunting trip would have been nice, for example, but nope, that's not available. Now I'm stuck moving to DC with no apartment lined up and the need to live in a hotel for a week or so until I can find an appropriate place. Very frustrating. |

That NO ONE seeking employment in the Directorate of Support is ever online here? Well, I guess maybe some of the language types are, but still. Let's get word out to the administrators that they're being too generous in the recruiting (I made money on my last trip to DC, and will again next month, I suspect) and too cheap in the relocation!
