My BI investigation was completed in early January and from what I understand, it can take up to six months. I know a person who was in adjudication for about eight months before the CIA cleared him. There is one thing I have learned and that is you have to be pacient and even be prepared to be rejected at anytime even in the adjudication. A number thrown out there is that 2/3 of those who make to adjudication end up being cleared. That is about 66 per cent. I am hopeful but I am ready to move on if I get rejected. |

I agree w/ you. i've been in this process since April of 2005. I'm ready to move on and i'm interviewing w/ my company (another division) next week b/c I'm not sure how things will turn out.
i'm very excited and anxious for this oppty w/ the 'agency', but i'm a realist as well and i've heard the odds and have read enough on these boards to know that rejection is a strong reality, even for the most 'straight-laced' folks.
thanks for the message.
