Thanks for the tables. These numbers are still rather low compared to what I got for the same grade and step, but I'm sure there are some other factors I'm not seeing. |

no prob. Those GS tables are just a guide. They may base it on them but it's clear they suppliment the income (like yours) using various other factors.
