I checked my details, and it says blitz interview in Detroit and DI. |

Maybe that's the distinction? People living in the NCR (National Capital Region) are available for immediate interview in town, while those in other parts of the country need to wait until the recruitment crew come to town or at least in the region, hence it is coordinated as more of a 'blitz' type thing where lots of people participate simultaneously?
The DO procedure, from what I've heard, is different where the blitz type thing comes before (or at the same time) as a four hour type interview (if you choose to have one after hearing a bunch of presentations).
Am I on the right track with this?
