I think I read a while back that this is more like a regular one-on-one interview about resume / background, etc. vs. what the DO folks go through.
Can anyone confirm and/or give any more details about it, like what sort of questions asked, where it is conducted (if living in DC area), how long it took, etc.?

Mine was the same, 1 hour interview with the hiring manager. Very laid back, I asked more questions than they did. My interview was with only the hiring manager, not 2 people like SurferDude.
It too was in a rented office location. As a matter of fact, in the 15 minutes or so that I was waiting prior to my interview, the receptionist answered the phone for about 8 different companies.
