I would suggest not contacting more often than once a week...and call during "off hours" and just leave a message. |

your PO will contact you. There's a major backlog now, even worse than I had thought. Apparently they're changing the way in which they deal with 3rd polys. I'm not sure how or why, just that there was a sudden, recent change, and it's affecting call-backs for the poly by *at least* a matter of weeks.
