I can see it taking 30 days for investigators to collect all the pieces that get analyzed. Since it is contracted out, I do not think the huge pipeline affects that...they just keep digging up retired feds to do them. But, as I understand it, adjudication is in-house, and that likely is where the bottleneck is. |

now i'm remembering a convo w/ the investigator and he told me that the bottleneck was during the adjudication process.
i still found it odd that on 2/8/06 my BI wasn't complete, considering it started on 12/16/2005 and all of my contacts called me to say they had been interviewed!
what's the 'norm' for contacting your PO? Last call i made was 2/8/06.
Also, i'm reading alot about 2 & 3rd polys! during my 3-day, i took the morning poly and 'passed' that day - do they ask for another one during adjudication?
