either way. im in the same boat. feels like im kinda late for this board since everyones already on polys. from what i understand, when we do hear, its a phone call. i also hear the info session is a group of 30 with random questions. the 1 on 1 is supposed to include role play and foreign events quizzes, and i assume a book report - since everyone ive spoken with at cia stresses read the damn books :) |

I'm guessing the informational sessions are the same for both DO and DI, so I will tell you that you have nothing to worry about with the DO one. The session is very relaxed and is meant to explain to you what the Agency does and what each career track is comprised of.
The interview is more in-depth with some role playing and current events, but it is still pretty relaxed. You'll get asked standard questions that are for the interviewer to get to know you better.
In all honesty, you have nothing to worry about with this session. You'll walk away learning more about what you'll be doing and the other fields as well. Don't worry about a thing. Just go in being as relaxed as possible and be honest throughout this entire journey.
