and how long have you been waiting? I am just curious to hear if our stories are similar. I have been waiting for a third poly since January 17th when they called to tell me I needed to come in again. They completed my BI within the first week of January, I believe. My first 2 polys did not go well but the investigator told me that everyone he talked to had wonderful things to say about me. So, guess they think they have to poly me again to make sure I'm as good as everyone says I am (despite my sketchy poly results). This wait is agonizing. . |

My BI was finished sometime in mid December, and I went into adjudication sometime in early Jan. They never even called me to tell me that there was a delay, or that they would want a 3rd poly. I call about once a month to make sure things are okay, and I was told that they wanted a 3rd poly (as per a very early feb call).
My PO said that it could be a matter of weeks or months before they would even know when they could schedule it, but to call back in a month if I haven't heard. I left a message with my PO a few days ago, just to check up on the status, but have yet to hear anything.
It seems that 3rd polygraphs have to be scheduled specially as 3rd polys, unlike the usual 1-2 polys that people get during the 3-day. I know why they want me to come back for one, and it's just a hassle because, obviously, we're no longer in adjudication, but have to pass another poly to get back to adjudication. Hopefully, once we get through the third we'll get a decision relatively quickly instead of having to wait 6-9 months after the 3rd poly.
