I can't answer some of your questions regarding the 3 day event, since I am still waiting to get my invitation (I am 7 weeks from my signed COE, so hopefully soon).
However, on the transferring to DO option, I talked to my recruiter and new boss about that. Not that I want to do that, but it just came up in conversation. Apparently the age limit is not a strict standard. It often depends on what you have to offer in the DO position. If you would be an assett to the agency, they will make accommodations.
I am curious did you get your notice of the 3 day via phone call, fed ex, or how was it delivered? |

Thanks for that fast reply...I received my 3-day notice via phone. I am waiting on the package to arrive..anyday now!
