After Phone Interview |

I'm sure this question is asked a lot. But I had a phone interview in early February, and my application was being forwarded to see where I am deemed competitive, and am waiting I beleive for the packet to be mailed out (that's what the lady I interviewed said would be the next step).
I just was wondering what everyone's opinion is here on whether my application would be considered competitive
I'm a senior soon to graduate with a cumulative GPA of over 3.58 as of this semester. I've got an intermediate or level 2 proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and French. I majored in History with a Minor in International and Comparative Political Studies. Those historical and political studies were focused on the Middle East and East Asia. I have had two internships, my current one is in a a congressional office and the other was for a political consultant who was serving as a campaign manager for an international election campaign.
Do I have a chance or am I being delusional and clinging to false hope?
Thanks for any insight any one may be able to provide.
