Actually, I got a COE for a CMO position (HQ based) and my interviews were the same as any other DO person. In fact, my role play situations (I am sure you hae heard that during the interviews you have to complete role-play situations with the interviewer) mostly had to do with OO type situations. I didnt get my role play situation for the CMO situation until I actually had the second one on one. They even through one in there for an OTO position... Hope that helps |

Yes, I'v heard about role plays. So by what you are saying they tailor them more or less to the position you are going for? As I understand it they give you a hyperthetical situation and you are playing the role of the CMO, OTO or OO correct?
