Actually, I got a COE for a CMO position (HQ based) and my interviews were the same as any other DO person. In fact, my role play situations (I am sure you hae heard that during the interviews you have to complete role-play situations with the interviewer) mostly had to do with OO type situations. I didnt get my role play situation for the CMO situation until I actually had the second one on one. They even through one in there for an OTO position... Hope that helps |

confuses me? is this like get up out of your chair with a fake accent roleplay? or are they just asking you questions like, "what if your car dies and you're supposed to be at work 10 minutes ago - what do you do?" ... how about some examples?
