Interview process for DO HQ based staff different? |

Just reading "DO support staff" posts from the other week, and this wasn't addressed, i.e. is the application process for HQ-based NCS positions like Support Staff Officer (SSO), Collection Management Officer (CMO-HQ based) and Operational Targetting Offficer different COMPARED TO Operations Officer and CMO (abroad) - IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS THE SAME FOR EVERYONE GOING TO THE DO?
It seems like the HQ based positions should have a different process since these people are not going abroad recruiting agents so personality is not as much an issue, or if the Operational Targetting Officer is doing analysis work then would they be interviewed same as DI for example?

Actually, I got a COE for a CMO position (HQ based) and my interviews were the same as any other DO person. In fact, my role play situations (I am sure you hae heard that during the interviews you have to complete role-play situations with the interviewer) mostly had to do with OO type situations. I didnt get my role play situation for the CMO situation until I actually had the second one on one. They even through one in there for an OTO position... Hope that helps
