This has been discussed in other threads, but bottom line is that CIA's unsuitability determination should not affect your chances with someone else, unless your unsuitability was for something like drug use or being ineligible for a security clearance. |

I know. I guess my question is will investigators for state, OPM or wherever I apply access my CIA file once I indicate on my SF86 that I was indeed investigated by CIA, even though I was not denied a security clearance by CIA?
