I have a COE for the directorate of intelligence. I'm curious to know at what level others have been offered employment. Any other PhD holders who are at the GS-12 level? |

I used to be an analyst for another agency, and there a PhD right off the street usually got offered a GS-11.
Of course, the grade is not the only issue ... did they offer you a decent step?
