they are looking for certain traits. they want to make sure you will be able to make friends in foreign countries. you need to be friendly, confident, and intelligent. of course they will also want to make sure you know about current events, but this is not as important in my opinion. they are looking for strong personalities that have the ability to be taught espionage skills. |
