Hi all...I submitted my resume online about a month ago but need to change a few things. If I submit a new resume would it replace the old one?

you could submit again, but make sure you emphasize to them that you are UPGRADING it, so they cross reference it immediately.
hey say on the website that you shouldn't submit multiple applications and that it just slows the process down, however, it also says contact them if there is significant changes. That's my take on it.
