is made so while I agree that it requires total confidence / commitment to work in the DO, it's still a bit of a waste when people leave a short time after their training is complete.
However, this topic was about what good books are out there. Any ideas?

Jawbreaker's good, but it's more of a look at life in the field than the training process.
