I had to fill the same application when I applied last year.
You have to list all positions you have held since you were 18. For the minor jobs I had, just list your duties in general terms.
For example, if you worked at a fast food place, just put down "cashier" or "cook". That's all. |

I suspect they use this to figure out what grade you should be hired at.
