I'm about the same as govnut--no real work experience but I do have a masters degreee. Not sure why the step is different. Maybe because I did a few internships with the federal govt or maybe because I speak a few foreign languages, but I doubt that considering that is usually taken into account in the signing bonus once you are actually tested for the languages. |

I speak Spanish Fluently, lived in Mexico for two years, have an MBA and about 2 years accounting experience.
The interviewer said this was on the high end of what he's seen for a CST.
