When I met with the recruiter and the person who interviewed me, they both told me that my foreign experience was a good thing to have and that it would be an asset to the agency. The process takes much longer and I can tell you that from my personal experience. |

Many times, I hear recruiters say how wonderful a candidate is. Bear in mind, they are recruiting, and one of the things they need to do is to have you be willing to endure a long process with an uncertain result. Such encouragement, likely also given to agents in the collection process, does not mean you are a shoe-in. On the other hand, unless you persevere, you will not get in -- so keep it up.
