If you are worried whether or not it is legit, try calling the recruiting center. Of course, no recruiter or investigator will ever ask for your social security number or any credit card info over email. |

The email is from the recruiter, no doubt about that. My question is, was it a COE or not? I would ask him, but do not want to bug him as I have already complied with the request to move forward with the app. process. If I don't know in about a week I will email him I guess.
