I would like some help interpreting a situation. I met with agency recruiters at a career fair as well as at an information session. I was to interview with them but did not, which was by their own reccomendation while they checked whether I was eligible for employment. So, I didn't interview, but did speak with several of the recruiters and filled out a PEF. The next week, I received an email telling me that I was indeed eligible and should immediately continue with the process. The subject of the email was: My Full Name - Conditional Offer of Employment. Has anyone else gotten an email like this? Does that actually constitute a COE or would I have been given salary info, etc. if it was a real COE?
