Yes, they do, when necessary for an assignment.
I suggest you read some of the books posted by people and see what you think. |

i have been looking into the books you all suggested, right now i am reading the one by Mahle
i grew up in Russia, and as a little girl did casual interpretation for KGB(now FSB) so i only know that side of it...not our side of the intel system.....i'm not sure if i should say that on here...
