I really think that the poly for the NCS is more "stress testing" than it is for the rest. It goes to suitability. That's my theory, anyway. |

Well, there may be a higher standard for a DO employee considering they will be more susceptible to black mail overseas. Many case officers were photographed in bed with Russian women and men (in a homosexual situation) during the cold war. It surprises me that the female honey trap was very successful. I think I would ask for copies of the photos so I could show my friends as opposed to being worried about embarrassment and black mail. So I too had heard the stories of the sexual lifestyle questions before the poly which is why I was not a bit surprised when we got into them. Their biggest concern was my choice of partners from countries pretty hostile to the US (including suring a trip I took illegally). All I can say is be completely honest during the process. They really don't care what you tell them as long as its legal.
