Does anyone have any insight into what they are looking for in a person seeking a language position?
Also is a bachelors degree is an absolute requirement for working at the CIA? I'm pretty naive to this whole process

For the pure language jobs, unless you are virtually native, or have workable use of an obscure strategic tongue (Urdu, for instance), then you are better off looking into other positions.
