i have read 6 books. surferdude did a good job above talking about moran and kessler. richard holm's autobiography is about as entertaining as you get. but for pure/current training method/description, Moran is your woman (although it gives a very negative portrayal).
Hope everyone is doing well. Took the day off work yesterday to read some more! |

There are two books by Antonio Mendez, a retired Technical Operations Officer. His first book is called "Master of Disguise" and his second book (coauthored by his wife) is called "Spy Dust".
Though they delve into the technical operations, they go into detail on some very interesting operations during the cold war. I personally liked "Spy Dust" better, but they are both a great read for anyone interested in operations.
