i have read 6 books. surferdude did a good job above talking about moran and kessler. richard holm's autobiography is about as entertaining as you get. but for pure/current training method/description, Moran is your woman (although it gives a very negative portrayal).
Hope everyone is doing well. Took the day off work yesterday to read some more!
