For anyone who has been to their med/poly visit: Were you given the opportunity to amend any responses on your sf-86 before going in for the poly. exam? I will be attending the three day visit soon and would like to add something to my form that I unintentionally left out so as not to produce any unfavorable reactions during the poly.
