You can rest assured that the poly and the psych interviews are key elements in determining your suitablity to serve as a case officer. You will be tested, prodded and poked mentally to see what you're made of. I suppose I'll find out. If one is successful after the 3 day process, is that when the COE is sent out? I'm sure there's lots of waiting involved, just wondering what happens after that, assuming one stands up under the poking and prodding.
