Are the 2 briefings a new requirement in the process for NCS or have they always been apart of the application process? |

Hi all
I'm curious about the briefings and about the 3 day process in general. I was wondering how serious they are about candidates at this point. Does the process also serve as a way to weed people out, or is it more of a formality? Does anyone know the acceptance/rejection rate for those invited to the 3 day process?
