I had my 3 day at the end of October but my PO has not been able to confirm that my BI has started yet, which has me concerned.
I've just returned from living in the UK for a year and I was told that this could significantly slow down the BI process. Has anyone else encountered this?
Moreover, are our POs informed of our BI progress or are they just one step less in the dark than we are about the details of the process? |

I think it's primarily administrative and buffer...to keep you from engaging/bothering those who are making the decisions on the various aspects of your examination. As for 1 year in the UK, yes, I suspect that this does slow down the clearance process signficantly.
