From everything I have been able to glean on here, the large time delay comes in the adjudication of clearances. I have expired TS clearance, so I am hopeful that this will be fairly expeditious.

Anyone have any idea how long it takes to upgrade from a Secret that I have held for 15 years now to a Top Secret?
