Day 1 - Application submitted online (DI)
Day 40 - Email requesting cover letter, writing samples, transcripts, evaluation form
Day 100 - Submission of all Day 40 items complete
Between Day 100 and Day 120 - Online writing exercise
Day 120 - Email inviting to interview with hiring manager
Day 140 - Meeting with hiring manager
Day 185 - COE Extended.
Hope that gives some idea...now, it took me some time to wrangle all my stuff together, so it might go faster for you. Bottom line is this: Apply and be prepared to wait for a worthwhile purpose. |

SurferDude, I hope you don't mind, but I will borrow your words and add my timeline. This is for DI as well.
Day 1 - Application submitted online (DI)
Day 18 - Email requesting cover letter, writing samples, transcripts, evaluation form
Day 37- Submission of all Day 18 items completed and sent in.
Between Day 40 and Day 60 - Online writing exercise
Day 50 - Email inviting to interview with hiring manager
Day 80 - Meeting with hiring manager
Day 100 - COE Extended.
Hope this helps someone. Now I am just waiting to be called for my 3 day visit.
