I have been through the application and interview process to become an Operations Officer and I am now creating a guide to help prospective applicants through the process. (I could have really used something like this when I was applying.) I am looking for contributing authors to provide a detailed summary of their experience (whether appying for a covert, technical, analytical, or professional position). I'm looking for information from the initial submission of information and phone interview, to the application process, trip to DC, and polygraph. I'd also like to include a section on "tips and tricks" to improve one's chances in the process, as well as descriptions of the tests (e.g., language aptitude and intelligence), hypotheticals, and questions administered during the application process.
