Does anyone know how in demand serbo-croatian is at the moment? I know it was needed alot more during the 90s, but Kosovo is ticking time bomb and jihadists penetrated bosnia since 911.

My only guess would be to apply. There's no certain way to know. However, if it's any consolation the agency *is* looking for Serbio-Croatian OSOs. Perhaps you're interested in becoming an OSO or maybe it oculd be a signal if you're otherwise interesed in becoming an OO.
