I don't know it was exactly. The letter did state, though, that in future security questionares, to mark "no" on questions that asked if I had ever been denied a clearance or failed a poly. So I don't think it was for security issues. I have ties/contacts abroad (though not in very critical countries) so that may have influence it. Or, during the final adjudication, the board may have decided that others competing for the same job were better qualified.
With respect to your second question, to date know other agency has ever inquired about it. |
