I am curious if anyone knows what the compensation package for the SBD program looks like. I assume it's a salary plus year end bonus structure. If anyone happens to know and doesn't mind sharing, what is the salary range and the bounds range? How does it increase as you move through the various level of the program? |

Hows this for the truth Troobieny.
Cargill will hire you at the lowest salary possible. After 2 or 3 interviews, they will call you back and lie. "We really liked you alot but we found someone, just as well educated that will work for a little less" Don't fall for it.
Now lets get into this BONUS. At the last minute they lay the old lie again on you. "Sales are a down this year....But next year look out". The sad part is they find idiots that believe this B.S. I know I was one for several years...
