It seems like this is the longest job market downturn in recent history. Its been about two years now that hiring has been a joke. From my experience and from what head hunters and other have said the job market cratered around Feb or March of 01. Furthermore, from what I remember the job market went from sizzling to nothing in only a matter of 3 months (late Dec 00 - Mar 01). Thats realy fast. Do people on this board think the job market could rebound in the same amount of time? Or is it going to be just a long slow grind up again.
