I'm hoping someone can provide some insight. I'm currently in an unbarable job and would desparately like a new job. I've been looking for quite some time but without any luck. I have not tried head hunters or recruiters yet, my experience has been that they have little to offer.
What does anyone have to say about quitting the current job and concentrating all my efforts and a new one? Does anyone have any stories or advice? I must stress my current situation is not good.
