Hi folks,
I borrowed the same title as the previous post because I have exactly the same question.
What career is best for me ??
I have tried the career/personality books but they are too wide in scope. My personality type is ISFJ ( Myers Brieg ) and I would some up my perosnality as being sensitive,interested in caring for indivuduals and thier needs, prefer good works environments with little conflict and I like to work on small teams or with a few individuals at a time - sometimes even one on one. My background is computers/software support.
Currently, I work in a large company often times by myself with limited interaction. If there is a problem I fix it - but I don't get much satisfaction and I have none of the conditions i listed above. Any thoughts friends or palces to visit on the web ??
