Dear pk,
I was in your shoes a year ago, and so was my friend. We both decided to start our own companies....here is some advise for you when starting your own biz:
1. Sell, sell, sell
2. Get funded ... this can kill your business if your cash flow doesn't result as planned.
3. Be careful of lawyer's fees when starting your business.
4. Think BIG, Start SMALL
5. Be flexible
6. Get your parents/significant other support before engaging in a 'new venture'.
Good luck!!!!
