....international programs that they have participated in or have heard about? I have a friend who found a martial arts school in China that trained him on scholarship. He knew a friend, who knew a friend, who gave him the information about this program.
I want to know if anyone has participated in international opportunities through government programs, company programs, etc, that they would recommend. Or if anyone has just gotten a regular job in another country, how did you do it?

There are intl job boards (do a web search). Start thinking of agencies like the UN & private agencies. Check the US foreign service site.
